Dr. Toussi lived in California and attended the University of California in Davis where he received his bachelor’s degree in neurology, physiology, and behavior. He earned his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, during which time he met his wife, who was born and raised in the South Hills of Pittsburgh.
