Dr. McCabe earned her medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine after completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia where she majored in biology and psychology. She completed her residency at the University of Colorado. Dr. McCabe is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.Dr. McCabe specializes in spine, musculoskeletal and electrodiagnostic medicine. She is passionate about enhancing and restoring functional ability and quality of life for her patients utilizing a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach. She is proficient in ultrasound guided joint injections, trigger point injections and fluoroscopic- guided joint injections and utilizes these skills along with medication management, therapeutic exercise and psychological support to help her patients heal and thrive. She also performs electromyography (EMG) studies to evaluate for carpal tunnel syndrome, ulnar neuropathy, peripheral neuropathy and cervical and lumbosacral radiculopathies. Dr. McCabe also performs Botox injections to treat conditions such as spasticity, thoracic outlet syndrome and chronic migraine.
