It is truly an honor and a privilege to serve this remarkable population. Away from work, I enjoy spending time with my family and being outdoors as much as possible.

As a member of the Duke Cancer Institute Lung Screening Program with over 30 years of experience in health care, my priorities focus on providing compassionate care, health promotion, education about disease prevention, providing strategies and motivation for smoking cessation and encouragement to make healthier lifestyle choices to improve their overall quality of life. Outside of work, I enjoy running, traveling with my husband, Steelers football and spending time with our three daughters and their families. I am interested in long-term survivorship education of my patients and I also have a passion for teaching and mentoring future health care professionals.
