Russell Hales, M.D., is an assistant professor of radiation oncology and molecular radiation sciences at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Dr. Julie Lange is an assistant professor of surgery, dermatology and oncology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
