He completed his residency at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia, where he was chief resident of inpatient service and the vice-chair of the quality improvement committee. Dr. Kidwai is certified in advanced cardiac life support, pediatric advanced life support and neonatal resuscitation. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Georgia Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association.
