He went on to spend three years of comprehensive foot and ankle surgical residency training in the Aria Health System at the Aria 3B Orthopaedic Institute in Philadelphia, PA. During this time, Dr. Elgamil served as Chief Resident and focused on conservative treatments and innovative surgical correction of foot and ankle fracture care, diabetic limb salvage, and deformity correction.
