I enjoy working with people of all ages and levels of mobility to reach their goals, whether it be to have less pain playing with grandkids or to conquer an ultramarathon. I have a strong interest in female athletes, the menstrual cycle, bone health, iron deficiency, running medicine, and pregnant and postpartum athletes. I also have additional training in lifestyle medicine. I can be found cheering on the Blue Devils, running the local trails, or biking to work with my three daughters.
