He presented some of his bariatric research at Obesity Week in Los Angeles and at the SAGES conference in Boston.Dr. Leavitt is currently a member of several surgical societies including: American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons, American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, AOA.
