Frank Wydra, MD, is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine. His clinical interests include shoulder, hip, and knee injuries, as well as shoulder replacement. Dr. Wydra uses advanced surgical techniques to perform procedures such as rotator cuff repairs, knee arthroscopy, ACL reconstruction, and hip arthroscopy. During fellowship he received the Fellow’s Clinical Science Silver Award by the Wake Forest Division of Surgical Sciences for his research on nerve injuries. Dr. Choudhry has several research endeavors that have been presented at national meetings and published in prestigous scientific journals.
