Dr. Prakash Gatta's passion for advancing automation in surgery through robotics and digitally enhanced surgical care led him to a career in 2007 as a board-certified general surgeon with fellowship training in foregut/esophageal, gastrointestinal and minimally invasive surgery. He completed his general surgery residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria, where he served as chief resident of his class.
