Overview
Dr. Yu received her medical degree from Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Indianapolis. She?then moved to Columbus, Ohio for her family medicine residency at Grant Medical Center and she stayed in the city for a Sports Medicine Fellowship. Dr.?Yu?enjoys family and sports medicine because of the broad spectrum of care she provides and close relationships she builds with her patients over time. Her other medical interests include women�s health, osteopathic manipulative therapy (OMT), behavioral medicine, and chronic disease management.
�I look forward to working with patients to develop a medical plan that works for them to promote a healthy lifestyle. I make decisions with patients, not for them.�
Like many others, Dr.?Yu?and her husband chose Denver as their new home to be closer to outdoor activities. Outside of medicine, Dr.?Yu?enjoys rock climbing, playing board games, traveling, hiking, and trying new restaurants. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and their two cats.
