Dr. Bailey attended Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA and received his B.S. in 1976. He attended Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans and received his M.D. in 1980. He completed the Family Medicine Residency program at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa in 1983 and joined Dr. S.J. “Billy” St. Martin in his practice in Laplace. He has resided in Laplace since 1983 and is married to Mary M. Bailey, a CPA with Postlethwaite and Netterville. They have two daughters.
