She graduated from the Medical College of Georgia where she was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha, the national medical honor society. Dr. Hawk went on to complete her internship and residency at the Atlanta Medical Center. A member of the American Medical Association and American College of Physicians, Dr. Hawk is board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Hawk encourages her patients to be involved in their own medical care and works with her patients to develop appropriate plans of care. Her special interests in medicine include early detection and prevention of disease and women's health issues. When not working, Dr. Hawk enjoys spending time with her family as well as skiing, traveling, and hiking. Dr. Hawk welcomes new patients and accepts most major insurance plans.
