Dr. Donald L. Weese

Dr. Donald Weese is a urologist at Intermountain Health's Cassia Regional Hospital. Dr. Weese provides adult and pediatric urologic care in and around Burley, Idaho. He specializes in the treatment of renal stones, prostate disorders, urinary incontinence, bladder disorders, erectile dysfunction and testicular disorders, and all types of urologic cancers (prostate, kidney, bladder, testicular, and penile). Dr. Weese believes in treating every patient like family while working collaboratively with them to achieve the best possible urologic outcome.

Dr. Weese graduated magna cum laude from UCLA in 1983 with a degree in Psychobiology. He earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in 1987 and completed a six-year Urology residency at Kaiser Foundation Hospital in 1993. Dr. Weese opened a Urology practice in Burley, Idaho, in 1993 before briefly relocating to California in 1999 to care for his parents. Returning to Idaho later that year, he practiced in Twin Falls with a satellite office in Burley. In 2008, Dr. Weese moved to Boise to train in robotic-assisted minimally invasive surgery, practicing there until 2018, when he transitioned to a hospital-based position in Oklahoma. Dr. Weese is excited to return to Burley, where his urologic career began in 1993.�

Outside the clinic, the Glendale, California native enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time with their blended family. Both have two children from their previous marriages, and they are proud grandparents to two grandsons.

Dr. Weese has been certified by the American Board of Urology since 1995.
