Overview
I have long-standing research interests in understanding how chronic kidney diseases progress and in finding ways to stop that progression. This finally led to a clinical trial with promising clinical results published in 2018. My wife and I moved here a couple of years ago from Michigan to enjoy the beauty and wonder of the Tucson area, including the great weather, and to better understand and help protect the natural and human environment here in the borderlands.
