My father was an academic obstetrician and gynecologist and through my life that served as a role model for me. As I got older I became more exposed to others in the field of OBGYN and enjoyed being around them. I was fascinated by the conditions that span from childbirth to the end of a woman's life. I enjoy helping treat conditions that may be embarrassing and not typically discussed at the dinner table. Women tend to defer their own care in favor of their family members while suffering from these conditions of quality of life despite adequate treatment options.
