Overview
I am a gastroenterologist and gastrointestinal cancer geneticist. I diagnose and treat a range of gastrointestinal conditions with endoscopy and colonoscopy. I also perform colonoscopy for colorectal cancer screening. As a member of the Hereditary Cancer Clinic, I am interested in helping patients assess their risk for gastrointestinal cancers. I work closely with genetic counselors to review family history of cancer, detailed health history, environmental exposures, and genetic testing results. I then integrate these findings to provide a personalized cancer risk assessment for each patient. My goal is to guide patients through treatment and screening programs to reduce their risk of cancer.
