Dr. Tuai attended Ohio State University, College of Medicine after he received his Undergraduate Degree in Biochemistry at UC Davis in 1992. He completed his general surgery residency at UC San Francisco/Fresno, where he spent a year as a clinical instructor in the Department of Surgery, before beginning a private practice in Chino.
