Dr. Adrian Kress believes in creating a supportive and collaborative relationship. He received his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. He completed his psychiatry residency training with the National Capital Consortium, Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He completed fellowship training and achieved board-certified in Forensic Psychiatry. Additionally, he holds board certification in Clinical Pharmacology through the American Board of Clinical Pharmacology. In 2019, Dr. Russell Carr transitioned to our practice after twenty years of active duty service in the Navy. Board-certified in Adult Psychiatry through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN), Dr. Carr’s experience spans over 25 years. Moreover, he also completed training in Adult Psychoanalysis at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis (ICP&P) and has been a teaching and supervising analyst on its faculty.
