Overview
Fallon M. Flowers, APRN, WHNP-BC, is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, speaker, and advocate dedicated to advancing reproductive well-being and contraceptive equity. Since 2018, she has served medically underserved, low-income, and uninsured women on Chicago’s South Side, providing comprehensive OB-GYN care and mentoring nurse practitioner students. Her expertise spans contraception, STI prevention and treatment, and menstrual and urinary health.
Recognized as a 2023 Contraceptive Equity Champion by ICAN! for promoting TRUER care—Trauma-informed, Respectful, Unconscious-bias aware, Evidence-based, and Reproductive well-being centered—Fallon is an active member of NPWH, ACOG, and the Chicago Chapter NBNA. She is also expanding her training in Adolescent Health through ECHO-Chicago to better support young women transitioning from pediatric to adult gynecologic care.
She is the founder and author of Glow Up Health: Wellness for College & Early Career Women, a digital blog. Her outreach has expanded to include educating young women about feminine hygiene and reproductive health through organizations like P.R.E.T.T.Y. Inc. , M.E.A.N. Girls Empowerment and Polished Pebbles. Fallon is also frequently invited to speak at community and professional events, including keynote speaker for Sigma Theta Tau International (STTI) Honor Society of Nursing, the Student Nurses Association of Illinois, and the Illinois Nurse Practitioner Network.
