Dr. Knol is originally from Chicago, Illinois, and attended Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan for his undergraduate studies. Dr. Knol graduated with a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. Most recently, he completed an internal medicine residency with Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado.
