Overview

I am a neurologist with subspecialty training in vascular neurology, focusing on the treatment of stroke and disorders of the blood vessels of the head and neck. I attend to patients both emergently in the hospital and in outpatient clinics, providing care across the entire spectrum of this disease process. With my background in neurology, I strive to deliver comprehensive neurological care that addresses patients' short and long-term goals. I hold particular interests in stroke care among patients with cancer and those with memory disorders, alongside a dedication to educating future neurologists. Beyond the hospital, I find enjoyment in supporting Boston sports teams and spending time with my wife and dogs.

I am the division chief for Stroke and Vascular Neurology in the Department of Neurology at Duke Health. I see stroke patient in the emergency department, inpatient service as well as in the outpatient clinic. I also treated post-stroke limb spasticity, a disabling complication after stroke. In addition to the patient care, I also run a brain modulation and stroke recovery lab at the Duke University campus to study stroke patients in my lab to develop new stroke recovery therapy. On my days off, my boys and I are big on fishing. I enjoy drinking and collecting tea. As a stroke doctor, I do not drink coffee at all (there is a reason for it). If you come to see, I will tell you. Dr. Feng is rated as a Distinguished provider by MediFind in the treatment of Horner Syndrome. His top areas of expertise are Stroke, Spasticity, Hemiplegia, Thrombectomy, and Stent Placement.
