Dr. Tsai graduated cum laude from the Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. He completed his residency at the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor and his pulmonary critical care medicine fellowship at UPMC. He is board-certified in pulmonary disease, critical care medicine, and sleep medicine.
