Overview
As a doctor who practices concierge medicine at Duke Signature Care, I have a smaller panel of patients compared to when I worked in primary care. This allows me to have more one-on-one time with my patients. I now have the flexibility to answer patient emails and phone calls directly instead of them having to speak with a nurse. My accessibility also allows patients to book acute visits on the same day they need to see me. My patients give me such satisfaction when I see them smile and doing better. I tend to be a picky doctor that leaves no stone unturned. I also look at both the physical and mental well-being of my patients to help provide the best care. I love being a part of Duke and its academic center with specialists at my fingertips. When I’m not being a doctor, I’m a mom of two girls. My husband and I also love to travel, hike, snorkel and play golf.
