In addition to her clinical duties as leader of interventional cardiology at the Children’s Heart Institute, she has a strong academic and teaching record. She has authored more than 60 scientific publications and has served as guest reviewer for several journals, including Catheterization and Cardiovascular Intervention, Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery, American Journal of Cardiology, Annals of Thoracic Surgery, Journal of the American College of Cardiology, among others. She has taught extensively internally, nationally, and internationally.
