She graduated from Drake with both a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Virginia School of Medicine and completed a family medicine residency with the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Most recently, Dr. Belson was awarded a Master�s in Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
