Dr. Andrew Fowler is a cardiologist at The Chattanooga Heart Institute. He is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular diseases, and interventional cardiology. Dr. Stephen Monroe earned his medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine at Tampa and completed his internship, internal medicine residency, and cardiology and interventional cardiology fellowships at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville.
