He also participated in the orthopedic care of the New York Mets, New York Rangers, New York City Ballet, and Alvin Alley Dance Company.After residency, Dr. Weil went on to complete a Hand and Microvascular Surgery Fellowship at the University of Washington/Harborview Medical Center.
