Originally from Connecticut, Shahzad Ahmed M.D., earned his undergraduate degree with honors in neuroscience from Trinity College in Hartford, CT and medical degree at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in Farmington, Connecticut. While in medical school, he was awarded the Wellsford and Mildred Clark Medical Memorial Scholarship and was recognized with honors for his service and scholarship.
