With deep roots in the community, he is passionate about building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with his patients. In June 2024, he launched his concierge medicine practice with a vision to deliver exceptional, highly personalized care—continuing his commitment to excellence in every aspect of his patients’ health and well-being. Dr. Sal received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency training at St. Mary's Medical Center in San Francisco. He spent ten years practicing in Hawaii, where he provided comprehensive care at Kauai Medical Clinic and served as a hospitalist at Castle Medical Center. During his time at Castle, a facility recognized for its dedication to delivering high-quality, community-centered care, Dr. Sal played a key role in managing complex inpatient cases and supporting continuity of care for a diverse patient population. He served as a hospitalist at South County Hospital from 2014 to 2023. During his tenure, he held leadership roles including two years as Vice President and two years as President of the Medical Staff.
