Prof. Basile Njei is a graduate of the Yale Ph.D. in Investigative Medicine and Harvard Global Clinical Scholars programs. He received his medical doctorate with honors from The University of Yaoundé 1, Cameroon, and was awarded the prestigious British Chevening scholarship to pursue public health training at the University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom. After earning a Master’s in Public Health, he completed residency training at the University of Connecticut and a Gastroenterology Fellowship at Yale University.
