Reed Donaldson Quinn, M.D., is a cardiothoracic surgeon in Bethesda, Maryland, at Suburban Hospital. Dr. Quinn has extensive experience in the treatment of adult and congenital heart disease. He is the pioneer of natural orifice translumenal endoscopic surgery, a technique that will enable abdominal surgery without the use of incisions. In 2015, he became a member of the inaugural chapter of the National Academy of Inventors at The Johns Hopkins University.
