I like that the only thing you need is a pair of sneakers. You can do it anywhere, anytime. Once my feet hit the ground, I can focus on the motion of running without any other thoughts racing through my head. It’s my stress relief, and it really works for me. I’ve run several 5K and 10K races. I just completed my second half-marathon, and I hope to do a full marathon in the future.
