He earned his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, completed his neurology residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami in Miami, FL, and his behavioral neurology fellowship at University of Florida in Gainsville, FL. He loves karaoke, dancing, and going to concerts spanning artists from the 1950s to the present day. One of Dr. Finney's passions is neurology advocacy and he has been active in engaging policymakers on critical healthcare issues since medical school.
