Overview
Howard B. Barker, MD, specializes in foot and ankle procedures such as ankle arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction, ankle and foot fusions, and bunion corrections. Since then, her education and work as a podiatric surgeon have taken her to Pennsylvania, Utah, New Mexico, and now, Skagit Valley, Washington. When not working, she enjoys travel, hiking, and watching football. She is an avid fan of the San Diego Chargers.
