Dr. Gwynn earned her medical degree at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland in 2000 and completed her pediatrics residency there in 2003. She subsequently joined the Kennedy Krieger Institute in 2003 to attend the fellowship in neurodevelopmental disabilities through the Kennedy Krieger Institute and Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Since graduation from the fellowship program in 2007, she has been an active member of the medical staff at Kennedy Krieger Institute.
