Cindy E. Bullock, DPM, is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon who specializes in the care of fractures, sports injuries, heel pain, and bunions. Rex Z. Nilson, DPM, has been practicing podiatric medicine and surgery in the Seattle area since 1984.
