Overview
Dr. McGehee completed her medical training at University of Texas Southwestern before relocating to Washington. She was drawn to oncology as an undergraduate and impressed by the ever-evolving science in the field. “For many, a cancer diagnosis is a life-changing event. But through compassionate care based on the latest research, I work with a multidisciplinary team to establish a manageable path forward for every patient.” Dr. McGehee believes in establishing a warm, supportive connection with patients and their families. “I understand the importance of taking the time to listen carefully. Patients should be confident in the treatment plan, knowing it honors and respects their goals.” Dr. McGehee proudly brings that level of care to each and every patient at the Swedish Cancer Institute.
