Lucky for me, I grew up knowing medicine was my true calling.I've spent years educating myself on the history of medicine (my college degree), the current healthcare policy landscape (my graduate degree), the business of medicine (a short tint in health consulting), the art and science of medicine (my medical degree), and a deeper dive into gynecologic cancers (my advanced surgical and chemotherapy training).  Additionally, in the real world, I have been a patient, a caregiver, a researcher, a policymaker, and a physician.I work to bring all my training and, most importantly, life experience to improve the qualify of life for cancer patients.My passion is the make the healthcare system work for every person and alleviate suffering around cancer. The United States offers the most innovative and effective cancer treatments in the world.
