Christian Kauffman, MD, is a plastic surgeon and chair of the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery for the Geisinger Surgery Institute.|He joined Geisinger as an associate in plastic surgery in August 2011. Dr. Kauffman is a clinical associate professor of surgery for the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine and serves on the Clinical Use Evaluation Committee at Geisinger Medical Center.|After completing his Bachelor of Science degree at The Pennsylvania State University, Dr. Kauffman earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, Mich.
