Edward Burton, MD, PhD, is a neurologist certified by the Joint Commission for Higher Specialist Training (U.K.). He is the UPMC Endowed Chair in Movement Disorders and is an associate professor of Neurology, Microbiology, and Molecular Genetics at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He received his medical degree from the University of Birmingham and completed residencies at Central Oxford Teaching Hospitals and Central Birmingham Teaching Hospitals. He completed his fellowship at UPMC.
