Dr. Guillermo Patino

Dr. Patino is a Board Certified Urologist and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.Dr. Patino is a native of New York City. He enlisted in the US Navy shortly after high school and is proud to have had two careers in the Navy: one as an enlisted medic and an operating room technician and then returning after medical school to retire from the military as a physician. He received his medical degree from Midwestern University in Chicago and completed his surgery and urology training at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego. He was trained in Robotic and Minimally Invasive Surgery as well as all aspects of general urology and male infertility and prosthetic surgery in both men and women. In addition to his primary interest in Robotic Surgery and urinary cancers, he also enjoys urogenital reconstruction, managing BPH, low testosterone, erectile dysfunction, management of incontinence with advanced therapies such as Botox and Interstim, and Microscopic vasectomy reversal. Dr. Patino is a Board Certified Urologist and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.Dr. Patino believes strongly that patients deserve sound explanations about their urologic health and feel that the doctor-patient relationship should be of utmost importance to both him and patients alike. He practices evidence-based medicine and prioritizes both ethical and quality care.Dr. Patino is fluent in Spanish and English. Outside of his medical practice, he enjoys international travel, volunteer medicine, physical fitness and spending time with his family.
