Dr. Scott Alpert is a board-certified, fellowship-trained sports medicine and total joint replacement specialist. As director of joint preservation and reconstruction at Huntington Hospital, he has over 25 years of experience managing both routine and complex orthopedic cases. He performs total joint replacement and revision surgery of the hip, knee, shoulder, and elbow, and sports medicine cases involving the shoulder, elbow, knee, and ankle.Dr. Alpert uses the most advanced techniques including computer-assisted total joint replacements of the knee and hip. Dr. Scuderi is a member of several orthopedic and medical organizations, has served on numerous committees, and was the president of the Knee Society from 2012 -2013.
