Dr. Benjamin was born in Guyana, South America, and immigrated to Bushwick, Brooklyn, NY, where her interest in medicine was first sparked. That passion deepened during her college years and clinical rotations, shaping a mission centered on providing high-quality healthcare to the community.
She has worked as a Hospitalist at St. Joseph’s/Candler Hospital in Savannah, GA for nearly four years, addressing acute inpatient needs. Dr. Benjamin also serves on the Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee and is a Board Member of the South Atlantic Medical Association (SAMA).
With extensive experience managing complex inpatient care, she values clear communication, thoughtful decision-making, and long-term patient outcomes. At the new CompleteMD Concierge Primary Care Clinic, Dr. Benjamin aims to foster an environment where patients thrive through proactive, personalized care and meaningful, lasting relationships throughout the Lowcountry and beyond.
