Understanding this allows me to better treat your health concerns, and in turn leads to better satisfaction. | Why I entered medicine | My father, | Richard Russell, DO | , has been a family care physician in Pine Grove, Pa., for 43 years. I grew up watching the positive impact he had on his patients and on the community. Medicine is an ever-changing field with different challenges and new rewards encountered every day, making it an exciting profession. I am fortunate enough to practice medicine and share an office with my dad. | Personal interests | I enjoy golfing, traveling and following Penn State and Philadelphia sports teams.
