Dr. Spencer was born and lived in Covington, Kentucky until she was 10-years-old, at which point, her family moved to Berthoud, Colorado. She attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. Dr. Spencer continued her education at Rocky Vista University of Osteopathic Medicine by graduating as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and went on to complete her Family Medicine Residency at Peak Vista Family Medicine.
