Lauren Christman, D.O. received her undergraduate degree in psychology, with a minor in biology, from Saint Louis University in 2009, graduating magna cum laude. While pursuing her degree, Dr. Christman played Division I volleyball on a full scholarship. Dr. Christman attended medical school at Des Moines University in Iowa and further completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology through the University of Kansas at Wesley Medical Center. Dr. Christman is certified in the da Vinci surgical system, a robotic technology that allows surgeons to perform minimally invasive procedures.
