He completed the Family Medicine Residency program at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa in 1983 and joined Dr. S.J. “Billy” St. Martin in his practice in Laplace. He has resided in Laplace since 1983 and is married to Mary M. Bailey, a CPA with Postlethwaite and Netterville. They have two daughters.
