Dr. Mulai Yohannes

Dr. Checkley specializes in intensive care medicine. He is an expert in the diagnosis and management of acute respiratory failure and the acute respiratory distress syndrome. He also has extensive experience in the management of other life-threatening conditions commonly seen in the medical intensive care unit, including septic shock, acute gastrointestinal bleeding, acute liver failure, among other critical conditions. Dr. Checkley earned his M.D. from Northwestern University and received his Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins University.
