Matthias Lee, MD, is a board-certified sleep medicine physician who specializes in insomnia, narcolepsy, and sleep complicated by mood and anxiety disorders.Dr. Lee enjoys helping people achieve good outcomes without relying on medications. Instead, he emphasizes natural, cognitive behavioral approaches to insomnia and conducts insomnia workshops.
